Data Collection and Privacy

• College Prep Professionals, LLC collects the following user information during the registration process: student name, school attended, parent's name, phone, email address, prior standardized test scores, & payment information through our third-party processor. We do not sell any user information to third parties.

• Payment information is processed through Wix Payments, using its secure payment gateway; thus, we do not handle nor receive credit card numbers. 

• Our websites (collegeprepprofessionals.com, actreview.com, and thesatreview.com) are hosted on the Wix platform. While we utilize industry-standard security through Wix, College Prep Professionals, LLC shall not be held liable for data breaches or technical failures originating from Wix’s infrastructure or third-party service providers.​​ The Wix platform uses cookies to track site traffic. However, College Prep Professionals, LLC does not sell user data. ​

Age Requirements and Parental Consent

• College Prep Professionals, LLC's services are intended for use by individuals aged 13 and older. By enrolling in our courses and/or tutoring, you represent that the student is at least 13 years of age. We recognize that parents or legal guardians often purchase our courses for their children. If you are a parent or guardian purchasing a course for a student under the age of 18, you hereby provide your express consent for:

  • The student to participate in our in-person instructional sessions.

  • The collection of the student's name, prior score, and contact information.

  • The student to receive course materials and communication related to ACT/SAT/PSAT preparation.

• Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. If a parent wishes to use our services for a student under the age of 13, the parent must contact College Prep Professionals, LLC directly to provide verified written consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without such parental consent.​​

Intellectual Property & Classroom Conduct Policy

• All information provided by College Prep Professionals, LLC’s - including lectures, physical books, worksheets, and materials—is the exclusive property of College Prep Professionals, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

• Purchasing our courses or tutoring grants a single-user, non-transferable license for personal educational use only. You agree to the following restrictions:

  • No Recording: You may not record (audio or video) any portion of our instruction or lectures.

  • No Photography: You may not take photos of worksheets, whiteboard notes, or any proprietary materials provided during the session.

  • No Unauthorized Copying: You may not photocopy, scan, or digitally reproduce any part of the our book or worksheets.

  • No Distribution: Materials provided in class are for the enrolled student only. You may not distribute, share, or sell these materials.

  • No Commercial Use: You may not use any content or methods taught in this course for your own commercial purposes or for future tutoring of others.

• Explicit written permission from College Prep Professionals, LLC is required for any use beyond a single-user, non-transferable license. Violation of any one of these policies may result in immediate dismissal and legal action.

Safety, Liability, and Medical Release: 

• By enrolling in an in-person course or tutoring with College Prep Professionals, LLC, the student and their parent or guardian agree to the following:

  • College Prep Professionals, LLC is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring before, during, or after class sessions on the premises.

  • Our responsibility is limited to direct instructional time. We do not supervise students in common areas, hallways, or parking lots.

  • You authorize College Prep Professionals, LLC to seek emergency medical treatment for the student if a parent/guardian cannot be reached. All associated costs are the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

  • We reserve the right to dismiss any student who is disruptive or unsafe. No refunds will be issued for students dismissed for poor conduct.

Disclaimers & Cancellations

• College Prep Professionals, LLC provides information for improvement. All materials are provided "as-is." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information.

• Student test performance depends on many factors. We do not guarantee specific score increases.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, College Prep Professionals, LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our instruction or materials, including dissatisfaction with test scores or college admission outcomes.​

• College Prep Professionals, LLC reserves the right to cancel and reschedule courses and tutoring. When a course is canceled, best efforts will be made to reschedule. If a student cannot attend the rescheduled event, a refund based on the canceled portion will be given. Cancellations and rescheduling information will be emailed to registrants using the email provided to us during registration

• Courses at Capital University will automatically be cancelled and rescheduled during a level-2 or 3 snow emergency in Franklin County.​​

• Students may cancel up to the day before the first day of the course for a full refund.​
